Booking directly with us by email is a little cheaper than Airbnb, as there are no added service fees. You’ll also get best available rates.
Short stays
Short breaks aren’t available during school holidays. 5-7 night stays during school holidays.
Please kindly note, we don’t allow 1 night stays.
Long stays
Maximum stay is 14 nights.
We welcome 2 well-behaved dogs at £25 each.
Rutland is very dog-friendly – get in touch for local walk suggestions.
