If you wish to stay for a short break, unfortunately we cannot allow these during school holiday periods.
2 or 3 night stays can be allowed during non-school holiday periods. Check in’s from Friday. Please contact us if interested. Prices start from £155.
The maximum amount of nights any guest can stay is 14 nights.
We welcome 2 well-behaved dogs at the cottage for an extra charge of £25 per dog. A reduced charge can be considered if your dogs are of a smaller size.
Rutland is a very dog friendly area, please feel free to contact us to find out more where you we suggest to walk your dogs.

Essentially, if a date if available one week in advance of any arrival dates, we may place some last minute prices up on our home page.
