Off season rates mostly relate to out of school holidays.

£170 per night (as of June 2022)

Minimum 7 night stay.

Check in’s Saturday only.

Off season rates mostly relate to out of school holidays.

School holiday rates relate to school holidays periods.

Kindly note, special event periods are different:

£200 / night during Easter, Christmas.

£220 / night for special events – such as Burghley horse trials & bird fair.

The minimum amount of nights is currently 6 nights. 

Our long stay request policy.

The maximum amount of nights any guest can stay is 14 nights. 

We welcome 2 well-behaved dogs at the cottage for an extra charge of £25 per dog.  A reduced charge can be considered if your dogs are of a smaller size.

Rutland is a very dog friendly area, please feel free to contact us to find out more where you we suggest to walk your dogs.

October (non-school holidays) – £135 / night

October (school holidays) – £160 / night)

November – £135 / night

December (non-school holidays) – £135 / night

December (school holidays) – £200 / night
